I work with clients using evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help them start thinking about themselves and the world in a different way, to takes steps towards healing.
I am a strong, empathic individual who loves to use art, music, humor, and faith-based interventions in my practice when clients are open to them. I have the benefit of personal experience through hardships as well as the educational background and training to offer a supportive relationship that can also be productive.
